Treves d.o.o. is a company strongly focusing on production in a highly demanding automotive industry and it is thus strongly connected to international business environment. Therefore, it continuously aims to improve and further develop the products for its customers, to optimize work processes and enhance the organisational culture to improve performance. For this reason, Treves d.o.o. requires highly dedicated, competent and eager employees who are aware of the role they play and the power they have to contribute to the success of the company they are employed at.

Treves d.o.o encourages all employees to make decisions in their work areas and perform their tasks relatively independently. The company actively supports its employees' development by investing in further education and training programs. The company's efforts have been acknowledged by the Slovene Top Educational Management Prize that has been annually presented to it since 2012.  In 2013, the Chamber of Commerce of Dolenjska and Bela Krajina presented Treves d.o.o. with the award for exemplary human resources management practices. 

Treves d.o.o. ended the business year 2019 with a good 19 million and a half euros in sales and a level of profitability above the industry average.

The company actively endeavours to attract new clients and thus enhances work operations in all areas. New projects were started for Jaguar in 2017, they began deliveries for the E-Pace model, and in 2018 for the electric-powered model, the Jaguar I-Pace. Further growth was achieved in 2020 when the company began manufacturing and supplying products for the Land Rover Defender model to a Slovak plant in Nitra.

The recently concluded deals interfere with the "premium" class of vehicles, thus expanding their presence in different segments and in several markets. This increases their competitiveness and reduces business risks. With new technologies, they increase their presence in the electric vehicle segment. The value of products that are incorporated in electric cars represents a quarter of sales. The company is actively developing products for new models of electric cars.

Further revenue growth was planned for 2020, but was halted by the Covid-19 epidemic, which led to the suspension of orders and thus production in the entire industry. By managing costs and actively managing cash flow in the company, they are looking to create a basis for further growth in the second half of 2020 and beyond.
